Roberto Baggio and Legends Tour New York, Toronto

Italian legends Roberto Baggio, Christian Vieri and Alessandro Nesta visited New York and Toronto, meeting Azzurri fans living abroad. They attended Game 3 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden. FIFA President Gianni Infantino organized the trip, which started in Toronto with a five‑a‑side match involving former Italy players. Baggio posted on Instagram about a meeting with the Italian community in New York on Monday. At a FIFA Club World Cup 2025 group A match in Miami Gardens, Andreina Fabbi accompanied Baggio. They watched Al Ahly FC play Internacional CF at Hard Rock Stadium on June 14, 2025. Baggio also joined the Steve Nash Showdown in NYC. The event featured former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba, former Juventus midfielder Edgar Davids and former NBA star Steve Nash. In a press conference at the Centro Tecnico Federale di Coverciano on June 03, 2024, Baggio said seeing Italian Americans moved him deeply.
